Life Lately... the June 2012 edition

The adjustment to life with three kids has not really seemed too bad - however - I never get anything done, I forget most things, and I feel like I'm drowning in laundry and dirty dishes. haha So I guess it is harder than I'm realizing... So my blog has of course fallen to the very bottom of the list and I feel like poor Embry is getting screwed in the pictures department so I've tried to be better about catching this little one on camera.

So here is June through pictures...
This is why they aren't allowed in our bed!

She loves to be held! We've been spoiling her lately.

This was while we were in St. George helping my parents move. Their faces are supposed to be their "silly" faces.

Every morning Livy likes to dress up to get married at the temple. It's hilarious. One time Adam didn't want to get married and she got upset and said, "Prince, if you don't marry me then I can't have a baby!" Haha! I'm glad she's getting the order right at least... :)

Adam got soap in his eyes one day and hasn't stopped talking about it since. Also, whenever he gets owies - he wants me to take a picture so he can show Daddy later...

This was actually consensual

We love playing outside with the hose lately with such hot weather!

Bedtime fun and creepy faces

At the splash pad in Alpine - Liv wanted to be alone in the field next to us...

Mini Aunt Amy

So cute in plaid! Matt hated this dress - I thought she looked cute!

He got himself dressed - obviously! He has a weird obsession with these shoes.

I discovered this A WHILE after her headband reached her eyes - she was sleeping so peacefully!

Ice cream run at Macey's!

Always studying... lame! However, he has aced his last several tests - even Anatomy!!! Way to go, babe!

Another Monday Marriage - this time it was a destination wedding

Awesome Embry Faces
At six weeks, Embry started to look at us while awake and really smile - these pictures were my attempt to get it on camera - of course that didn't happen.

Whenever we make Matt lunch - Liv likes to decorate the lunch sack. This particular drawing featured our family with a monster and a "poor guy." Not sure what that means...

Giving Daddy a head massage!

I get this face a lot when I ask her to do things...

Embry's Blessing

Embry's blessing day was awesome! She looked so cute in the dress that my Grandma Jordan made her. She's even sporting the little bracelet that Liv's preschool teacher was nice enough to get her when she was born. We did the blessing on Father's Day so that we could have both of our parents in town. It made the holiday extra stressful special. :) Matt was a little nervous to give the blessing because our Bishop had just talked to the men on the Sunday before about the proper way to give baby blessings, BUT he did an amazing job! As usual! He has given all of our kids beautiful blessings!

Anyway... here's part of the crew that showed up for the special day:

The Baumgartner side of things - we had my parents, Ky, and Kay and Grandma Boley.

And here we are with Matt's parents who came after spending the last couple weeks in Denmark! They were only a little tired. :)

Missing from our pictures are my mom's parents and my aunt Susan and uncle Jason and their cute familia. They met us at the church. We felt so blessed to have our families come to celebrate little Embry!

Here is the blessing day in pictures...

Uncle Dave showed up later that night to see little Embry. Yay for brothers!

We also celebrated Matt's birthday and Father's Day for all the men with Matt's favorite cake. Happy Father's Day to the best dad! We got him a sweet head massager - and ones for Pata and Grandpa Rick. It's hilariously awesome. I need to get a picture of him using it.

After singing Happy Birthday, Adam took it upon himself to dish out the cake to everyone...

Me and Embry ended the night with some cuddling and Burn Notice. I love this girl!

Adam had a hard time letting Nana and Pata leave back to St. George. He was screaming to go with Pata. He's really good at tantrums lately...

Now for an Embry Overload

I wanted a picture minus the binky and this is what she gave me...

And some crazy faces...
I love this little stinker!
