Are you wondering where Lolly came from? It's what Adam calls Liv. And it's just double hilarious that it's also the name of Matt's high school girlfriend... :)
Anyhoo, here are some random fun facts about Livy Lou:
She is a very concerned big sister and loves to take care of Embry. She's very good at holding her and making sure she's happy all the time.
She just had her last day of preschool until next Fall! I can't believe it's been a whole school year already.
She's such a cheese! Whenever she gets presents - like this one from her friend Cos - she has to pose with everything and have me take a picture.
She's very concerned about what the baby wears and always wants it to be pink, of course.
She's very intense about Matt doing everything to her that he does with Adam when he's messing around with him. Lately, she's been accusing Matt of not playing with his daughter like he does with Adam. It's hilarious.
In Primary, she was asked to share a scripture on baptism and receiving the Holy Ghost. I wanted her to be able to go up and give it by herself so we picked out a scripture and I put together a bunch of pictures that represented the words so she could "read" it all by herself. Well a couple days after practicing the scripture, we woke up to her reciting the the scripture to herself in bed without any help. She totally memorized it! It was SO FUNNY when she went up on Sunday to share it with everyone on their little podium. The leaders were looking at me with confused looks and I gave them the signal that she was okay and she stood up and said, "John 3:5, Jesus answered verily verily I say unto thee, except a man be born of water and of the spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God." Everyone's jaws kind of dropped as this 4 year old got down from the podium all nonchalantly and returned to her seat like it was no biggie. My mom, Matt and I were laughing so hard! A member of our bishopric got up after her and was like, "Well that was impressive..." haha Our Livy Lou is quite impressive!

One of her biggest concerns when Embry came home was that her baby wouldn't be bigger than the new baby. So we put them side by side and her fears were calmed - her baby was, in fact, larger than Embry... haha
She loves her sister. I'm so excited she gets to have a sister!
Always super stylish in Little Mermaid paraphernalia
She's learning how to ride a two wheeler so we got her all the necessary protection!
She's been a little bit... high strung since Embry came so we've been trying hard to take her on dates. Last time I got to take her. We went and saw Mirror Mirror - it was so fun! During the movie she kept saying, "This movie is so awesome!"
She loves to teach gymnastics to the boy.
Just a bit of sun bathing. This girl gets so dark in the summer and never burns. So jealous!
Some of the fun phrases we are hearing lately...
"How dare you!" (Except she doesn't really know how to use it. She came up to me the other day and said, "Mom, thanks for finding my jewelry! How dare you!")
"Ugh! You are so insane right now!"
"You are making me so sad!" or "You are hurting my feelings!"
"Okay, okay, blah blah blah" (this has been banned)
"I don't care!" (this has been banned, as well)
"Whatever!" (also banned - we have a lot of these...)
