The Fourth of July is now the anniversary for my fake front tooth. I joked and told Matt that we would not be observing this holiday due to the horrific flashbacks from our last 4th - but I finally got over it... kind of... :) However, this year was MUCH BETTER than last year - I didn't lose a tooth, we didn't almost lose Adam, and Adam didn't almost drown! I'd say it was a success!
Neighborhood Party!
Our first celebration was with all of our neighbors - it was so great! One of our awesome neighbors put together a little fireworks show - and had everyone donate a little money - the fireworks were sweet! One neighbor even showed up with a legit snow cone machine - it was delicious! There was face painting. And everyone brought treats and chatted until the show began. It was perfectly low key. I loved it.

Actual Fourth!
This year, Matt's family came to town. It was fun to spend time with the Wiseman gang! Matt tried his hardest to make this Fourth awesome - he even agreed to wake up at 5 in the morning and head down to Provo to see the hot air balloon festival and then have a breakfast picnic. So we attempted, but we were unaware that the rest of the state of Utah also goes to this festival - it was insane! So we drove by and decided to go to Matt's uncle's business at like 7 AM to park our car for the parade since they are right on the big parade route. Luckily, his uncle's fam was already there and had food for breakfast! They are so great! We had so much fun watching the parade with the Wiseman gang.
Here's where we were for the parade - on the porch of this house enjoying the shade, treats, and an actual bathroom! It was awesome!

Later we came back to our place and Grandpa Rick tried to teach Liv how to ride a two wheeled bike with his towel trick - she's getting closer!
Grandpa Rick and Grandma Sherrie took the kids to the park one night to give us a sweet little break. The kids were in heaven!
Embry knows how to become Grandma Sherrie's favorite grandchild - smile for the picture! She is so stinkin cute!
